To put it simply, a VIP day means you’re the most important person in my world for a whole day. We’ll work on your website and yours alone for one specific day, achieving more in that time than you’ve probably achieved in months.

This is an example of what we can achieve on your website. I redesigned an existing client site, turning it into a more professional representation of the business – adding their professionally filmed videos, fixing the use of colour and inserting targeted call-to-action buttons for better information sharing and lead conversion.
Before your VIP day (this is where the magic starts)
Before your booked day, I’ll take a proper look at your website and map out the best use of our time.
This means we’re not guessing on the day — we’re focusing on what will actually make the biggest difference.
I’ll review things like:
- layout and user flow
- consistency across pages
- areas that feel cluttered or unclear
- quick wins that will improve the overall look and feel
Then I create a simple plan so we can hit the ground running.
What we can achieve in a day
Every site is different, but typically I’ll focus on key impact areas that will have an instant effect:
- A refreshed homepage (this is where the biggest impact happens)
- Updating the look and feel across up to 4 other pages
- Cleaning up layouts and design inconsistencies so everything flows properly

Is my website suited to this VIP day?
Firstly, your website needs to be a WordPress website that is self-managed (i.e. not hosted on wordpress.com).
Secondly, websites built with Divi or Elementor are best suited as I can work quickly and deliver the biggest impact in a short time.
And lastly, if your website is having technical issues and in more of than a redesign to fix it, then it’s best we discuss this as there might be a better long term solution for you.
Important things to note:
To make sure we can achieve a strong outcome in a day, the following conditions apply:
- Your website should contain no more than 5 or 6 pages. If your site does contain more, the most important pages will be included.
- We can only work on one website in a day.
- No large ecommerce builds or complex functionality – we’re aiming for impact, not getting lost in the weeds.
- No branding or logo design – we’ll work with what you have.

How quickly can I book you in?
As these days are fast-paced and high impact, I don’t offer them ever single day. I reserve a few days a month so they’re genuinely VIP. You can see my availabilty here or book a discovery call via the main menu above.
At this stage, VIP Days are scheduled on Wednesdays and typically booked at least a week in advance to allow for planning and preparation.
What's the cost?
To celebrate this new service, I’m opening up limited spots at an introductory rate and once their gone, the full VIP rate will apply.

Full payment secures your date.
As this is a VIP service, availabilty is limited to a few days per month. This service is a results-driven service and is designed to deliver quick wins and achieve tangible outcomes that will improve your website in the most efficient way possible.

Will there be any ongoing costs?
No, there are no ongoing costs. Your fixed price investment ensures your website improvements are booked in for that day. There’s no hidden costs. We’ll set out a plan for the day and work to complete that plan in the allocated time.
If you decide you would like to include more changes or to add to your website, I’m happy to discuss this with you and provide a separate quote. Should any issues arise or be discovered during the course of working on your website, I will let you know so you can decide what course of action you’d like to take.
What do you need from me as the customer?
As this service offering is designed to hit the ground running, I will need website access and any content, images or assets before the VIP day. This ensures I have everything I need and there’s no valuable time wasted chasing things up. I will share a Google Drive folder with you before hand for easy sharing of information and files.
Why is payment upfront?
As this is a specialised package with many moving parts, it’s essential that bookings are made and secured to ensure the process is as smooth and quick as possible for everyone.
Upfront payment secures your booking and guarantees that your website will be scheduled and delivered in a timely manner. It also alleviates the back and forth and allows for 100% focus on the project rather than the admin.
Is there a refund option if I change my mind?
Yes, should you change your mind and no work has commenced on your project, then you may request a refund no later than one week (7 days) before your scheduled VIP day of your purchase price, less a cancellation fee of $300.
The cancellation fee is to cover adminstration and the out of pocket expenses that may have been incurred including loss of income.
There is no refund if you cancel less than one week before your VIP day is due to commence.
What if my website needs more than a day?
I’ll let you know before hand if your website is more complex than a one-day refresh. If your website isn’t suited to a VIP-day, we’ll work together to plan out a more suitable option.
What if I’m not on Divi or Elementor?
At this stage, my Done & Dusted VIP days are only open to websites running Divi or Elementor builders or websites of existing clients. My aim is to achieve the most impact in one day and that is best acheived with the themes and page builders I specialise in.
Can you build me a new website instead?
I certainly can, but maybe not in one day! Reach out to me and I’ll provide a tailored quote for a new website.
BUT… If your website is a small informational site of a few pages and limited content or a one-page site, we may be able to still fit it into a VIP day. Reach out and let’s chat about.
Do you offer support after this?
Absolutely! I offer ongoing support to all my clients including adhoc site edits, ongoing updates or website management packages. I also offer website training if you prefer to take the reins.
