Hi, I’m Belinda
WordPress Website Designer | Website Management | Website Training | Chocolate & Coffee Lover
Based in Townsville, I help service based business owners build their online presence through easy to navigate web design, website management and website training. My aim is to take the scary out of WordPress and empower business owners to, not only love their website, but have ultimate control.
How I help North Queensland Businesses
Are you a North Queensland small business owner who’s sick of looking at a shotty website, or worse, no website at all?
Do you need an online presence, but have no idea where to start?
I specialise in helping service-based businesses in Townsville and across Queensland build websites that actually work — guiding you through the process step by step, without the tech overwhelm.
Whether you need a fresh new site or a rebuild of your old one, I’ll design it to suit your business and give you the training and support to feel confident managing it.
WordPress Web Design
Your new website will be fully responsive, Google friendly and showcase your business in all it’s glory. In short, your customers and Google will love it.
Website Training
Don’t worry about being left with a website you can’t use. I provide 1:1 website training via Zoom as well as how to videos so you won’t be left in limbo.
Website Management
Managing websites not your thing? That’s ok, I get it. Leave it with me and I’ll ensure it’s routinely updated, backed up and security checked.
All websites are built with these key features in mind…
SEO
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is the part Google loves. Your website will have technical SEO completed and be ready for the next steps.
User Friendly
Have you heard the term UX in your travels? That’s “user experience” and I’ll make sure everyone loves your website – you, your customers and Google.
Brand Identity
I believe every business is unique and so your website should be too. Your website will showcase your business branding, no cookie cutter sites here.
Let’s get started…
Whether you’re just starting out or have been running your business online for a while, I can help make your WordPress website easier to manage, more effective, and more in line with your goals.
Business Start-ups
I get it, you’ve got an awesome business but no online presence. You decide you need a website but it quickly begins to turn into a minefield and all of a sudden, the too-hard-basket looks appealing. I’ve got you. I remember those times well and I’m here to hold your hand as little or as much as you like. Together, we’ll get you a new website and show the world what you can do.
WordPress Website Design
Are you ready to take your business online with a WordPress website that actually works? I create websites for service-based businesses that are tailored to your business – giving you everything you need, and nothing you don’t. Your site will be SEO-ready, designed to attract clients and built to grow with your business. Check out my web services and see how easy it can be to get online fast.
Website Re-Design
Feeling like your website belongs in 2011? Or maybe it’s just not converting visitors into clients the way it should? A website that doesn’t reflect your business properly can actually be holding you back. I help North Queensland service-based businesses redesign their WordPress websites, giving them a fresh, modern look that’s easy to manage, SEO-friendly, and built to bring in more leads — so your online presence finally matches the business you’ve built.

Websites Built
Happy Clients
Let me ask you, do you find WordPress overwhelming?
Before we get into that, let me just share 2 seconds about me because the business world seems to like that. At the risk of stating the obvious, I’m a WordPress Web Designer based in Townsville.
Now that we’ve covered that, I’m also a Mum of one who loves baking (not to be confused with cooking, I don’t like cooking), my morning coffee(s) and pretty much any chocolate except mint flavoured (mint should be left to toothpaste if you ask me. My husband on the other hand eats mint chocolate like it’s the only flavour on earth!).
Now back to business.
I’ve moved around a fair bit in my adult life from Melbourne to Wagga, back to Melbourne, South East Queensland and now Townsville. I have to say though, Townsville certainly is the prettiest of them all! As a resident of Bushland Beach, I’m in my happy place. Don’t worry, I’ll be sure to keep the secret from others.
As a web designer, I’ve been helping small business owners like you for just over 10 years. In that time, I’ve learnt all the do’s and don’ts and pride myself on building websites that are both user friendly for you as well as your customers. Your website should be a reflection of you and your business while speaking directly to your ideal customer – because that’s who you want to attract.
Solving WordPress overwhelm one business at a time
If you’re looking for an agency, then that’s not me. When you work with me, you’re working directly with me – not with Bob, Steve, Jenny and some random guy from a country you’ve never heard of. Just me and my small team that support me behind the scenes. No cookie cutter sites here.
Belinda has been fantastic to work with, she has gone above and beyond to make my vision come to life. Through the process of creating my website she has been reliable, easy to contact and communicate with and always able to answer my many many questions. She is so supportive and her technical knowledge and skills saw that she always had a solution to my needs. I have outsourced other pieces of work to Belinda since the completion of my website (and will continue to!) and I’ve always been happy with her work. Thanks Belinda!
